A venue can make an event. It can also make life unnecessarily difficult. The difference is usually in the details: who else has access, when the bar has to close, where the caterers can work and whether the nearest car park is a brisk twenty-minute walk away.
We have access to exclusive venues across Hampshire and the New Forest that you can’t simply book as a member of the public. That access is the point. We help you find a setting that fits your event, then take care of the practical arrangements that turn a promising space into somewhere people can actually enjoy themselves.
A venue for your kind of event
Our options range from treehouses in the forest and beachfront pavilions to stately houses and hotels. There are country estates, private grounds, barns, gardens and private dining rooms too.
Some settings are right for a small, intimate gathering. Others have room for a much larger celebration. We can work with events of around 20 guests and up, matching the space to your numbers, plans and budget rather than squeezing you into whichever venue happens to be available.

A private dining room might suit a birthday supper or a small corporate dinner. A garden, estate or barn could work for a wedding, milestone party or Christmas celebration. And if you’re planning a festival or pop-up, the right outdoor space may be a better fit than another room with beige carpet and ambitions.
We’ll be honest if a venue doesn’t suit. No point falling for the photos if the capacity, access or layout makes the day harder than it needs to be.
What exclusive access means in practice
It means your event has room to feel like your event. No strangers wandering through the middle of your celebration. No sharing the important bits of the space with another party. And, where the arrangements allow, more flexibility over timings, bar service and catering.
You may be able to bring in our own bar and catering rather than choose from a fixed package. That can give you more control over the menu, drinks and way the event runs. It can also mean fewer arbitrary rules. Being told the bar must close at 10.30pm just as everyone’s finally having a good time is not anyone’s idea of helpful planning.
The exact arrangements depend on the venue and the event. We’ll explain what’s possible before you commit. “Exclusive” should mean something specific, not just a word sprinkled over a brochure.
The useful bit: we know how the spaces work
A venue can look perfect online and still come with a surprising number of practical questions. Where does the equipment go? Is there enough power? What are the noise restrictions? Is there a working kitchen? Where are the toilets, how many guests can the space comfortably hold, and where will everyone park?
We’ve worked at these kinds of spaces, so we know to check the details that matter. Access routes. Setup and breakdown. Licensing. Service flow. Weather plans for outdoor events. The things that are not terribly exciting to talk about, until one of them becomes a problem on the day.
That knowledge is the difference between sending you a venue list and helping you choose a venue that works. We’ll arrange viewings, talk through the practicalities and flag anything worth knowing before you book.
Your venue, with the rest of the event sorted
A good space is a start. It is not the entire event. We can also provide bespoke planning and coordination, locally sourced seasonal catering, custom drinks menus, mobile bar hire and help with entertainment bookings. Live music or a band can be added when it suits the occasion. The food and drinks, though, deserve more than an afterthought.
Our catering can make use of seasonal and foraged ingredients, shaped around the event and the setting. You can explore our catering menus to get a sense of what’s possible.
For drinks, we can build a bar menu around your guests, your budget and the kind of party you want. We handle the bar setup and service, with options to suit different ways of managing the drinks bill. Find out more about mobile bar hire.

From a wedding with a full day of planning behind it to a private dinner that needs just the right room, we coordinate the moving parts so you can spend less time chasing suppliers and more time with your guests. Take a look at our event planning and services for a broader overview.
Experience is handy. So is knowing the rules.
New Forest Events brings more than 20 years of Hampshire and New Forest event planning experience, alongside 30 years in bar and restaurant work. We hold a Personal Licence, Food Safety Level 4 and an Allergy Certificate. Our patisserie chef is Leiths-trained.
We also ran the Milford on Sea Music Festival from 2018 to 2021. That takes organisation, local knowledge and a firm grasp of what happens when a lot of people, suppliers and logistics meet in one place.
Our awards include Best Bespoke Mobile Bar & Event Catering Company 2026 – Hampshire, from SME News, and New Event Management Company of the Year 2025/26, from the South England Prestige Awards. We’re pleased with them. We also know that good planning and a well-run event matter more than a trophy on a shelf.
How it works
Tell us your date, approximate guest numbers, budget and the general feel you’re after. It can be a polished wedding, a relaxed birthday, a smart company party or something that doesn’t fit neatly into a category. That’s fine. Categories are useful until they aren’t.
We’ll come back with venue options that fit your plans, explain the practical differences and arrange viewings where possible. If something isn’t right for your numbers or budget, we’ll say so. We’d rather help you find a better fit than watch you book the wrong space.
Looking for a wedding planner Hampshire couples can talk venues through with? Need an event planner Hampshire or party planner Hampshire who knows the local options? Or planning a celebration that needs reliable event catering Hampshire and mobile bar hire Hampshire? We can help bring the pieces together.
Get in touch with your date, guest numbers, budget and a rough idea of the vibe. We’ll take it from there, and we promise not to suggest a venue just because it has beige carpet.
